Price: Prices are quoted in the FCO upon receipt of the official LOI on a case-by-case basis after accurate of information on order volume, product name, product quality indicators, destination, issuing bank, etc
Terms of payment: DLC MT 700 or MT103
Ports of loading: on Black Sea: Novorossiysk, Taman,
on Caspian Sea: Makhachkala, Aktau.
Terms of delivery : FOB, CIF via Russian or Kazakh supplier. By agreement of the parties, the Seller ensures the delivery of the goods to any safe seaport in the world, the cost of the port freight is agreed upon by the date of conclusion contract
Quality indicators: According to GOST, ISO.
Inspection: By SGS or equivalent at loading port to be GAFTA approved at Seller's option. Buyer is rightful to nominate surveyor at loading at his own account.
Packing: bottled/flexi tank, one full vessel is allowed.
Documents: Full set of international standard
